Due to campus construction along Manor Avenue and for the first time in turkey bowl history, the Manor Avenue Turkey Dust Bowl is not played on Manor Avenue. Located 3 1/2 miles away, Foulk Road provides a fine venue for the third straight Team Old victory.

GAME SUMMARY
The old guys opened up the scoring for Turkey Bowl XI with the incomparable Dan Hickey connecting with Tom Whitwell in the endzone on a tip pass.  Whitwell also caught the old guys’ second TD pass from Hickey, as the old farts jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead.  Having extinguished his cigarette, the “young” Mark Robinson went out on the next series and pitched to Matt Githens who ran it in for the young guys’ first score.

On the ensuing kickoff, Jordan lateralled to Whitwell who lateralled to Nate who lateralled to Damian for a well designed and executed special team’s touchdown, putting the old guys again up by two scores.   Matt Githens again came through for the young-uns, connecting on a TD pass to Chris Rappucci.  The old guys countered with Nate as QB, connecting to Damian for a TD pass.  Trading possessions, Tim Berezowsky rumbled, stumbled, bumbled for a ground touchdown for the young ones.  The teams went back and forth and the young folk were approaching the endzone but Lemak cut the drive short by 1 yard, stopping Berezowski on 4th and goal.  That was as close as the young folk would get as the old men put together two more TD passes, both from Hickey to Damian. 

Final tally 6-3.
