GAME SUMMARY

guys played, a Turkey Bowl first (in addition to the new grill &
hotdogs). The young team scored early (regrettably a Mark Robinson
reception). No team had more than a 1-touchdown lead at any point.
But the old guys, having studied reels of game film, were able to
exploit the folly & confidence of the youth. Lead by the masterful
Hick, the old guys came from a 5-4 deficit, evened the score and then
held on the ensuing defensive series. The winning drive, which started
deep in our own end, consisted of Mash completing a 1st down pass
to Hick on a post-flag route which netted the old guys a crucial 1st
down. Mash then completed passes to Lemak, then to Nick, a middle
screen after we faked a lineman screen to Lemak. Nick's catch and
run brought the old men to the goal line and Hick scored on a drive
left from 3 yards out. The old guys have won two straight.
